Pet Untamer Addon

Mods / Addons / Mods 1.26

Stop feeling guilty about leaving your loyal dogs sitting in a corner forever with the Pet Untamer Addon. This simple Bedrock utility lets you use shears to safely release your tamed animals or hand them over to your multiplayer friends.

We've all been there: you tame a wolf during day two of your survival world, but by day one hundred, it's just sitting in your base blocking a chest. Or maybe you're playing on a multiplayer server and really want to gift a rare jungle parrot to a clanmate. In vanilla Bedrock, you're stuck either hoarding pets or taking them out back with a diamond sword. This custom Minecraft behavior pack completely fixes that headache by letting you cleanly sever the ownership tie. All you need is a basic pair of shears. Just walk up to your tamed wolf, cat, or parrot, give it a quick right-click, and it instantly resets to its wild state.

From there, the animal is free to roam the Overworld, or your buddy can toss them some bones or fish to claim them for their own adventures. Since this is a lightweight MCPE utility mod, it runs beautifully on realms without lagging your game. Just keep in mind that it directly edits the core files for those three vanilla pets, so avoid stacking it with other heavy pet overhauls to prevent compatibility glitches. If you want to clean up your base without being a monster, this Minecraft Bedrock addon is an absolute must-have.

Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
- Have fun!
