OP PICKAXES Mod / Addon

Mods 1.26 / Mods 1.21

OP PICKAXES mod — a straight power lift for Minecraft Bedrock mining that still feels legit. You swing once, a tidy 3×3 chunk disappears, and suddenly branch mining, quarrying, and tunnel carving stop being chores and start feeling like you’re running a compact drill rig. I ran it on a fresh world and the pace change is wild: deepslate doesn’t slow you down, strip mines become actual hallways, and stronghold renovations go from weekend projects to one good session.

The loop lands because the pickaxes scale exactly how you want. You craft each OP pick from its vanilla counterpart plus a few extras, then step up tier by tier. Wood is the “taste test with no enchants, but it still does the 3×3 thing. Stone kicks in Fortune I and Efficiency I, iron bumps Efficiency to II, gold adds Fortune II, diamond brings Fortune III with Efficiency III, and the netherite finale hits Fortune III with Efficiency V baked in. No enchant table grind, no gamble, and the enchants can’t fall off—what you craft is what you keep. I used iron to carve early slime chunks, diamond to tear through deepslate for ore veins, and netherite to blast clean nether highways while still scooping ancient debris along the way.

Carving out underground bunkers with standard netherite gear feels like scraping pavement with a rusty butter knife. The OP Pickaxes Mod Addon drops completely broken harvesting implements straight into your hotbar, giving Bedrock players the raw quarrying muscle required to vaporize whole mountain ranges in a heartbeat.

The vanilla subterranean grind is legendary for burning out even the most dedicated builders. You set out to clear space for a massive storage hub or an underground trading hall, stock up on repair materials, and quickly realize you are facing five straight hours of chipping away at stubborn deepslate. Haste beacons help to an extent, yet the overall rhythm stays locked in that slow, rhythmic cycle of breaking individual blocks one by one. Durability vanishes faster than you can harvest experience, turning what should be an exciting creative venture into an exhausting chore.

This addon throws that cautious balancing out the window by handing you absurd mining tools designed to bypass normal game limits. Swinging at a rock wall tears open massive cavities right in front of you, scooping out huge rectangular slices of terrain without breaking your stride. You run through solid stone corridors as if they were made of thin air, watching loose cobblestone, deepslate tiles, and raw materials pour into your inventory by the chestful.

The utility goes way beyond just clearing empty volume for mega projects. Finding ancient debris in the Nether usually forces you into slow, dangerous bed explosions or tedious strip mining near magma pockets. Pulling out one of these modified heavy drills lets you blast through miles of netherrack and blackstone in minutes, exposing tucked-away debris veins without constantly dodging lava falls. The tool mechanics easily outpace classic explosive tunneling methods, sparing you the trouble of crafting endless stacks of TNT while delivering ten times the yield.

These tools also pack enough raw impact to double as devastating melee sidearms when roaming mobs crash your dig site. Wandering into an unlit underground canyon often results in getting ambushed by creepers or swarmed by armored skeletons. Tapping an aggressive mob with these picks deals massive kinetic damage, punting hostiles backwards and wiping out standard dungeon spawners before you even have to draw a backup sword. You never get caught flat-footed while terraforming because your primary excavation tool is already the most lethal weapon in your inventory.

Getting everything running on your local device takes only a couple of taps. Move the downloaded files directly into your system directory, activate both the behavior and resource components in your target world settings, and toggle experimental gameplay features on. The scripts stay remarkably stable, preventing the massive block updates from choking your console or mobile screen during high-speed excavation runs. Grab some chest space, aim at the nearest cliffside, and see how fast you can hollow out the landscape when you have god-tier mining tools at your fingertips.

In practice, it’s not just “fast, it’s cleaner building, too. Need a perfect tunnel profile for rails? Aim center block and the mod does the rest. Prepping a mega-base platform or hollowing a mountain interior? Walk a grid and watch the space open up in neat squares that are easy to light and mob-proof. Just respect the power: don’t freehand swing near chest floors, redstone lines, or villager halls unless you like patch jobs—I crouch-walk and line up the cursor dead center to keep the holes surgical.

Getting started is painless. Craft the OP Wooden Pickaxe with its vanilla version, three wood blocks, and a stick; repeat the pattern up the ladder (stone, iron ingots, gold, diamonds), then crown it with a netherite ingot plus a netherite pickaxe for the endgame tool. It keeps the vanilla rhythm, just turns the dial from “poke at rocks to “move earth. If you want your Minecraft Bedrock mines, bases, and nether lines to come together way faster without breaking the survival vibe, OP PICKAXES mod absolutely earns a slot in your loadout.
