Real-Time Clock Mod is basically for players who want Minecraft Bedrock to act like a real-life dashboard instead of a day/night guessing game. Instead of showing tick-based Minecraft time, it displays actual real-world time in HH:MM:SS, so when you’re building, recording, or running a server event, you can instantly see what time it really is without tabbing out. The time shows cleanly in the action bar above the hotbar, and there’s optional AM/PM support if you like that format better.
The setup is simple and pretty friendly. The addon comes with a custom 3D “Schedule Clock” block with a rustic wooden aesthetic, and you can grab it from the Creative Inventory by searching “Schedule Clock” or using /give @s custom:schedule_clock. Place it on the ground or wall, then interact with it (right-click on Windows or tap on mobile) to open a settings menu. From there, you choose your GMT offset anywhere from -12 to 14, like GMT 1 or GMT 3, and once you pick it, the system remembers your choice.
The cool part is the smart linking. After you’ve set your time zone, you can view the time by looking at the Schedule Clock block, and there’s also a newer option where you can see the same real-world time just by holding a normal vanilla clock item. That makes it feel way more natural in-game, because you’re not forced to always stare at one block—if you’re out exploring or running around a big build, you can keep the time visible by just holding the regular clock like you normally would.
Real-Time Clock Mod fits best in worlds where timing matters: long build sessions, roleplay towns with “business hours,” scheduled events, or creators who want clean timestamps while recording. It’s also just convenient for anyone who plays for “one more minute” and then realizes an hour vanished. With the action bar display, time zone UI, and the link to both the Schedule Clock block and vanilla clock, it’s a clean quality-of-life addon that keeps your real schedule visible inside Minecraft Bedrock.
