🧹 Magic Brooms – Fly Like a Witch, But in Minecraft
This mod lets you craft magic brooms — and yeah, you can fly them.

One broom is your basic flying model, but the second one gives you night vision while flying, which is actually super useful for cave scouting or flying at night without face-planting into a tree.



Getting across a mountain range is a lot more pleasant when you can fly over the trees instead of climbing every slope. Magic Brooms gives you a way to do exactly that, adding craftable flying broomsticks to Minecraft. They fit just as naturally outside a witch’s cottage as they do beside an ordinary survival base, ready for the next trip when you don’t feel like walking.

The pack includes two brooms to choose from. The basic broom is made for getting into the air and traveling around your world. Its upgraded counterpart also gives you night vision while you’re flying, which makes it easier to see the landscape after dark. That extra visibility can come in handy when you’re looking for your house at the end of a long trip or trying to spot a safe place to land. Take a little time to get comfortable with the controls near your base before setting off on a longer journey. Once you know how the broom handles, you can head over forests, rivers, and hills while looking for somewhere new to explore.

Flying changes the view of places you already know. A village you’ve visited dozens of times might look quite different from above, and a route that usually takes you around a lake can become a trip straight across it. You could use a broom to check on a distant build, look over the roof of a castle you’re working on, or find a promising spot for your next house. The night-vision broom is especially appealing for an evening flight, when the ground below would otherwise be harder to make out. It’s still sensible to pay attention to where you’re going and choose your landing spot carefully. A clear view of the terrain is helpful, but a narrow ledge or a crowded village street can still take some care to approach.

The brooms also give you a nice starting point for a fantasy-themed world. Build a cottage in the woods, put a small landing area near the door, and make the broom part of your character’s daily routine. If you play with friends, everyone could make a broom and head out together to explore a new part of the map. Of course, you don’t need a story or a special building to enjoy one; sometimes it’s enough to take a short flight and see your survival world from a different angle. To install Magic Brooms, import both the behavior and resource pack files and enable them in your world settings. Then gather the materials for a broom, try it out somewhere familiar, and decide where you want to go first.

Fun for survival, great for roleplay, and just cool if you’re tired of walking everywhere.
