DownYouGo! Addon for injuries in the game, like Fortnite or Pubg games. You can be saved by another player, or you save a wounded person. Your friend is down in the cave, their health is draining, and the skeleton that dropped them is still around the corner. DownYouGo! gives you a chance to pull off the rescue—but you’ll have to get there in time.

This Minecraft Bedrock addon introduces a downed state when a player’s health falls below 25%. Instead of carrying on as usual, they become critically injured and can only crawl slowly while their health continues to drain. A message in chat alerts the other players, so that “I’m fine” from your teammate can quickly become an emergency. The difference is that reaching low health doesn’t necessarily mean saying goodbye to your gear. Someone nearby can still step in and help. That changes how a group approaches a risky trip: splitting up in a huge cave might help you cover more ground, but it also makes a rescue much harder if one player gets into trouble. Keep track of where your friends are, especially when everyone is chasing a different vein of ore. A few coordinates in chat could save a lot of panicked searching.



Reviving someone is straightforward, although doing it safely can be another story. Get close to the injured player and crouch beside them to start restoring their health. As they recover, they’ll eventually get back on their feet and rejoin the action. If there are mobs nearby, though, somebody needs to deal with them while the rescue is underway. In a group of three, one player could crouch beside the injured teammate while the other keeps watch. With only two of you, clearing a little breathing room before starting may be the better call. Don’t forget that the player on the ground is still losing health before help arrives, so wandering off to finish mining that iron might not go over well. DownYouGo! turns moments like these into the kind of stories your group will bring up long after the cave has been emptied.

Bandages offer another option when nobody is close enough to help. These craftable items let a downed player work on reviving themselves by holding the interact button with a bandage in hand. Copper, gold, and emerald variants have different regeneration strengths and numbers of uses, so it’s worth looking at what you can make before heading into danger. A bandage can also support recovery while other players are helping, making it useful to carry even when you’re traveling as a team. Keep it somewhere you can find quickly; a rescue item buried among stacks of cobblestone is less comforting when you’re already in trouble. For solo players, having one ready adds another layer of preparation to a long expedition. For friends on a survival server, the addon makes staying together and watching each other’s health feel worthwhile. You can still push into dangerous places and take your chances, but when things go sideways, the rest of the group has a reason to turn around and come get you.
