Epic Knights Plus Minecraft addon will immerse you in medieval survival and add knight armor to the game.



A stone castle feels different when the people inside it look ready to defend it. Epic Knights Plus adds medieval-style armor, weapons, and decorations to Minecraft, with equipment inspired by European designs. Whether you’re putting together a knight for a survival adventure or dressing a group of players for a castle siege, there are plenty of pieces to make each character look the part.

The armor is where you’ll probably spend the most time choosing. Helmets and breastplates give you options beyond the familiar Minecraft sets, while chainmail, brigandine, and plate-inspired pieces offer different looks for your fighters. You could dress a castle guard in a practical-looking helmet and mail, then choose a more elaborate combination for the person who owns the place. Some pieces have decorative details or gilded finishes, and colored equipment gives you another way to distinguish characters. A group playing together might choose a shared color for its guards or give each player a different appearance. Even in a solo world, changing your equipment can make an expedition feel like a journey undertaken by a particular character rather than another trip with the same old gear.



Weapons are part of that medieval atmosphere as well. The wider selection gives you a chance to choose something that suits the person you’re playing and the setting you’ve built around them. An armored fighter standing at the gate of a fortress has a different presence from a traveler passing through a village with a blade at their side. You can use the equipment during ordinary survival adventures, bring it into a roleplay world, or organize a battle with friends. It’s also fun to make a place for the gear at home: build an armory inside your castle, set up a room for your collection, or create a training yard outside the walls. The decorations help carry the same style into the spaces around your character.

Before you start crafting, install The Epic Knights Mod as well: Epic Knights Plus is an expansion and needs the base add-on to work. Import the files and enable the behavior and resource packs for both in your world settings. Once they’re active, look through the available equipment and decide what you want to make first. You might begin with a helmet that catches your eye, then find matching pieces as you gather materials in survival. Or, if you’re planning a larger medieval settlement, try several combinations in Creative before deciding how its guards, travelers, and residents should look. The extra gear is especially enjoyable when it becomes part of a place you’ve already built—a fortress that finally has its defenders, or an old village road with an armored traveler heading toward the next adventure.

- Select it in the settings;
