Hammer Time Addon

Mods 1.26 / Mods 1.21 / Mods 1.20

Hammer Time Addon craft hammer for 3x3 strike and quick extraction of ores, diamonds in the game. There are many other useful crafting tools for you in Minecraft Bedrock.
The first time I decided to build a proper underground base, I spent most of the evening staring at a stone wall and wondering how big I really needed the room to be. Hammer Time is made for projects like that. Its hammers break blocks in a 3×3 area, giving you a much quicker way to dig tunnels, open up rooms, and search underground. The add-on also brings larger axes, shovels, swords, and sickles into Minecraft, so the useful stuff doesn’t end when you leave the mine.

A hammer is an easy tool to appreciate once you start working on a big excavation. Need a wide passage between your storage room and your mine? Want enough space underground for furnaces, chests, and an enchanting area? Instead of clearing each block individually, you can remove a larger section as you work. It’s also handy when you’re exploring for ores and want to uncover more of the surrounding stone. I’d keep a regular pickaxe in my inventory, though. There are plenty of moments when you only want to remove one block, particularly near a finished wall or a part of your base you’d rather keep intact.

The great shovel does for digging what the hammer does for mining. It clears a 3×3 area of suitable blocks, which comes in handy when you’ve picked a beautiful spot for a house and then discovered it needs a lot of flattening. You can clear dirt for a garden, make room for a path, or take down part of a hill without spending the whole session on the groundwork. The great axe is useful for gathering wood: break a log and it can help you take down the rest of the tree. That’s especially welcome when a building project calls for far more planks than you thought it would. It’s worth checking what’s around the tree first if you’ve built something nearby.

There’s also a sickle for working with vegetation, along with a great sword that can hit more than one enemy. I can see the sickle being useful when you want to clear an overgrown area or get through farm work before heading off on an adventure. The sword gives you another option when several mobs get too close at once. You’ll still need to pay attention to your health and position, but having a weapon with an area attack can give you some breathing room. These tools come in different materials, so you can choose what fits the resources you have and improve your equipment as your world develops.

Hammer Time is a good companion for players who enjoy large survival projects but don’t always enjoy the preparation. You’ll still need to gather materials and decide what you want to build; the new tools simply help with some of the heavier work. Bring a hammer on your next mining trip, use a shovel to prepare that awkward building site, or stock up on wood with a great axe before starting a house. Make sure both the resource and behavior packs are active in your world settings, then try the tools out somewhere with room to work. Once you get used to clearing a wide tunnel, going back to that original stone wall may feel a lot less daunting.
