The Forgotten Visitors Addon turns your standard Minecraft nights into a terrifying, randomized horror survival experience where twisted mascots actively hunt down your base. If you thought vanilla creepers were stressful, wait until a machete-wielding monster starts breaking through your walls.
Instead of just spamming mobs in the dark, this Minecraft Bedrock horror mod uses a highly scripted "visit" system. Every night, a warning countdown appears on your screen. As the timer ticks closer to zero, your world starts glitching out with heavy camera shakes and inverted screen distortion. Once the countdown ends, the smart spawn system drops a unique Visitor on the surface directly outside your safehouse, and the hunt officially begins.
When the sun goes down, the mod’s dynamic event manager kicks into high gear. You start seeing ominous red countdown timers bleeding onto your screen. Your camera begins violently shaking, the audio warps into reverse static, and the entire world applies this sickening, inverted visual glitch filter. Once that timer hits zero, one of several nightmare entities—twisted, forgotten mascots with unique aggro mechanics—spawns near your coordinates and starts hunting your exact location.
The entity roster is genuinely terrifying and demands completely different tactical responses. You’ve got the massive Photo Negative Mickey who charges you down with custom jumpscares, and the Disembodied, which literally launches itself at your character to latch onto your head. But the absolute most unhinged mechanic goes to the Acephalous. This headless freak is completely blind in-game but tracks you based on actual microphone noise. If you are screaming over voice chat with your squad, this thing will pinpoint your exact coordinate and rip straight through your front door. Yes, these mobs actively break into your carefully constructed safehouses, meaning cowering behind a wooden plank will get you wiped.
Throwing this onto a dedicated multiplayer realm is the absolute best way to traumatize your friends. Because the spawn script smartly tracks surface blocks and rotates visitor events, nobody in your SMP is safe from the nighttime rotation. The addon even features a slick in-game config GUI, allowing server admins to manually trigger specific invasions or check who is next on the chopping block using simple operator commands.
The roster of monsters is absolute nightmare fuel. You aren't just dealing with basic pathfinding AI here. "The Face" will actively climb your defenses and smash through blocks to get inside, while "Acephalous" is entirely blind but reacts to your real-life microphone noise. It creates some incredibly tense multiplayer situations where you and your friends have to stay dead silent to survive the night. Add in a highly configurable gore system with limb damage and blood particles, and the immersion is top-tier.
The creator included a slick in-game config GUI, letting you easily adjust jumpscares, visuals, and gore levels without typing out annoying chat commands. Because the invasion events are fully multiplayer-compatible, this MCPE scary survival addon is the perfect way to completely traumatize your active realm. Start fortifying your base now, because sleeping through the night is no longer an option.
