Raw string and wool can be quickly synthesized into basic bandages, delivering a fast, immediate health bump when you catch a stray arrow from a skeleton. Popping one of these during a chaotic faction war instantly restores massive chunks of your health bar, letting you re-enter the fight without retreating to a safe zone.

The healing mechanics actually require real strategy, meaning you can't just spam them instantly like splash potions. A bandage takes two seconds of holding the use button to give you two hearts back, while the medkit locks you in for four seconds to restore five hearts. You have to actively find cover and time your heals properly during a raid. Crafting them is super cheap, requiring only basic materials like wool, string, leather, and a honey bottle.
