Piglin-Chan - The mod will add new variants of Piglin-Chan to Minecraft Bedrock. Piglin-Chan gives Minecraft Bedrock’s piglins and piglin brutes a new character-inspired appearance. You choose which mobs get the makeover by naming them, so the Nether can keep its familiar inhabitants alongside a few unusual faces.
The pack includes two variants for regular piglins and two for piglin brutes. To reveal them, use a name tag reading “piglin-chan or “piglin-chan-hot on either supported mob. Those exact names matter, so check the spelling when preparing your tags. The appearances don’t spawn naturally, which gives you control over where you encounter them. You could change one piglin near a project you’re working on, compare all four designs in a creative world, or keep the effect limited to a particular group. There’s no need to rename every piglin you meet just to enjoy the pack.
That selective approach is useful if you like adding small details to an established world. You can choose a mob you already recognize and give it a distinctive appearance without changing every encounter across the Nether. It could make a particular spot more memorable, especially if you return there often. Maybe you have a route you use for supplies or a building project that still needs finishing. A named piglin gives you something else to notice during those repeated visits. Just keep enough distance to appreciate the design safely; getting distracted while using a name tag is an easy way to turn a simple task into an awkward situation.
Piglin brutes get their own pair of variants, giving you another set of looks to inspect. A creative test world is a convenient place to compare the piglin and brute designs without worrying about an encounter going wrong. Look at each one from several angles, try both names, and decide which appearance you prefer. The pack uses 16x textures, keeping its artwork at Minecraft’s familiar pixel scale. If you enjoy making themed scenes, you could build a Nether courtyard or a small display area around the characters. Those would be your own projects, with the new appearances providing a starting point.
Treat the changes as a cosmetic makeover when you return to survival. A different-looking brute is still a brute, so don’t let the character design talk you into dropping your guard. Bring suitable equipment, prepare your name tags before setting out, and choose a sensible moment to use them. The appeal here is having a little control over the creatures you see rather than waiting for a random variant to appear. Pick a favorite, find a place where you can get a good look, and see how it fits into your world. You may come away with a screenshot, a new building idea, or a reminder that naming something doesn’t automatically make it your friend.
