DyingDayZ Reborn Mod / Addon

Mods / Addons / Mods 1.26

DyingDayZ Reborn Addon zombie world after the apocalypse. The mod will add a lot of things for survival: weapons, guns, cars, helicopter, structures, first aid kits, items, armor, clothes and many other different things. The infected are closing in, your magazine is nearly empty, and that fall you shrugged off a minute ago has left you unable to sprint. DyingDayZ Reborn turns Minecraft Bedrock into a zombie survival struggle where a gun helps, but staying alive also means finding water, treating injuries, and knowing when to run.

Your first minutes set the tone. Enter a survival world with the addon active and you receive starter supplies, a gun, and some ammunition. Your inventory space is restricted, though, so crafting a backpack becomes an early priority. Upgrade it as you gather materials to carry more of the gear you find. Keep a tripwire hook handy to open it, and think carefully before filling every slot with loot. That spare space might be exactly what you need when you find medicine.

Thirst adds another concern to your usual food-and-health routine. Drinks can be found in loot containers around structures, and different beverages restore different amounts of thirst. A scavenging trip is suddenly about more than finding ammunition: you need enough supplies to make it home, especially if the route takes longer than expected.

The medical system makes bad encounters stick with you. Repeated damage can cause bleeding, which continues to hurt until you treat it with a bandage. An attack from infected mobs can leave you infected, while falls can injure your legs and slow you down. An antidote treats infection, a splint helps with a minor injury, and a surgical or survival kit can deal with the severe black-limb condition. Carrying the right supplies is a lot more useful than discovering what you needed after you’re already limping away from a horde.

The weapons give you options for fighting back. The addon includes pistols, rifles, shotguns, and long-range guns, each with its own ammunition, recoil, and firing rate. A shotgun can hit hard up close, but that won’t help much if you let a dangerous infected get within reach without a plan. You can also craft attachments and use a dedicated workbench to make guns, ammunition, and parts.

Not every infected rushes you in the same way. Crawlers can climb walls, witches can call nearby infected, and hazmat enemies create a dangerous gas around themselves. Kamikaze variants bring their own nasty surprises, including one that releases infected when it dies. Watch what you’re shooting before you charge into a crowd.

There’s a vehicle to repair and fuel, too. Find a damaged one, use steel plates to fix it, and look for fuel at a gas station. If things get really ugly, a craftable or lootable call item can summon helicopter backup.

The linked download is a ZIP, so check its contents before importing. Enable the addon’s packs and the Beta APIs experiment in your world settings. Then load in, check your starter gear, and find somewhere safe enough to make that first backpack.

Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
- Have fun!
