Detailed Pokedrock (SERP Pokédrock) Mod is a great addition to the Pokemon mod that will make it better, and the Pokemon more detailed, more interesting, and improve the Pokemon world in Minecraft Bedrock. Catching Pokémon is only part of the fun when you’re exploring a Minecraft world with SERP Pokédrock. You might spend an afternoon looking for a new teammate, return home to check on the rest of your collection, and then set out again for your next battle. Detailed Pokedrock adds more to those moments, with new ways to interact with your Pokémon, check their information, and let them spend time outside their Poké Balls. It’s a companion addon for SERP Pokédrock, so you’ll need the main Pokémon addon installed as well.
One of the additions is the PokéMenu. Interact with your Pokémon while your hand is empty, and you can open a menu with several actions. You can pet your companion, ask it to sit, or rearrange its attacks. It gives you something to do with your team between battles and makes a stop at your base feel like more than a quick trip to storage. If you have a favorite Pokémon that travels with you everywhere, it’s nice to have a moment to interact with it before heading out again.
The ranch machine gives your Pokémon another place to spend their time. It lets them walk around outside their Poké Balls without taking up space in your active party. You could build a grassy area beside your house, add paths and a small shelter, and turn it into a place for the Pokémon you aren’t taking on your next trip. Some Pokémon can also drop items after spending time at the ranch. It’s a reason to return home between adventures and check on the rest of your collection.
When you meet a Pokémon in the wild, the addon can show information such as its name, gender, and level without starting a battle. That helps when you’re deciding whether to approach or continue looking for a different member of your team. There are smaller details to notice as well: Pokémon may appear asleep at night, and a Shiny Pokémon has its own visual effect and sound when it appears. You can also receive a notification when one of your Pokémon is ready to evolve, making it easier to keep track of your companions as they grow.
Detailed Pokedrock adds a move for your character, too. Crouch, move forward, and jump to perform a roll. You can practice it while traveling around your world and use it to dodge as you move. Some Pokémon can offer abilities when they’re on your shoulder: Bidoof helps with chopping trees, while Spinarak gives you a way to climb. Those little benefits make choosing a companion for a journey about more than its appearance. A Pokémon you bring along for one task might become useful somewhere else entirely.
The addon also introduces a level cap tied to the number of badges you have. As you collect more badges, the cap increases, opening the way to use stronger Pokémon. If that rule doesn’t suit your world, it can be adjusted or disabled through the addon’s options. You can also choose whether to display Pokémon information, giving you some control over how much appears on screen while you explore.
Before starting, activate both Detailed Pokedrock and SERP Pokédrock in your world settings. Place Detailed Pokedrock above the main addon in both the behavior and resource pack lists so its changes can work properly. Once everything is ready, visit your Pokémon, try the empty-hand menu, and find a spot for a ranch. The addon also removes some ordinary Minecraft animals, including goats and skeleton horses, so your world may feel a little more focused on Pokémon as you travel.
