Chaos Cleaver Mod / Addon

Mods 1.26 / Mods 1.21

Chaos Cleaver Mod — you’re out on a normal trek when a weird little build breaks the horizon: a half-buried hut on a hill, a stone marker at a crossroads, a cellar door tucked under roots. Step in, sweep the room, and you’ll find the kind of parts and notes that push you toward the workbench. That’s the loop here—roam, raid these micro-structures, and piece together what you need to craft the new items and the big prize: the Chaos Cleaver.

I play it like a scavenger circuit. Mark finds with a torch on the left of the door, grab the loot, and drop coordinates in a book so you can reroute later. Plains runs hit two, maybe three sites before sundown; forest routes are slower but pay off when a basement pops with exactly the piece you were missing. Some spots are quiet, others have a couple of mobs lurking—clear, pocket, move. Back at base, lay the parts out by the table and watch your inventory turn into plans instead of clutter.

The sword on the pedestal looks like a prize waiting to be claimed. Place the Ancient Blade there, though, and your reward comes to life as a boss you’ll have to defeat first. Chaos Cleaver adds a fight with a powerful living weapon to Minecraft, along with structures to explore and equipment to collect on the way to the arena.

Your search begins with small structures scattered through the world. Look through them for materials used to craft the Ancient Blade and the Chaos Chestplate. The blade deals damage on its own, but you’ll also need it to summon the boss. The chestplate is useful for the journey: wearing it grants speed and marks nearby enemies with a damaging effect. Keep an eye out for the Chaos Eye as you explore. This creature can blind you at close range and shoots blinding mucus, making it an unpleasant surprise when you’re trying to find your way around unfamiliar terrain.

Once you have the Ancient Blade, it’s time to locate the large arena. Bring food and equipment before placing the blade on its pedestal, because that action starts the encounter with the Chaos Cleaver. Winning the fight earns you a Chaos Heart. Use it, and the cleaver will appear and follow you, giving you access to its abilities. It’s a satisfying reward for the trip: the weapon you had to face in the arena can now accompany you as you return to your other adventures. Take it along when you’re exploring caves, clearing enemies near your base, or venturing out at night to see how its attacks work in different situations.

Each skill gives the cleaver a different way to help in combat. Chaos Whirl sends it spinning around you, damaging enemies caught nearby. Chaos Purge turns it into a huge sword that rises into the air and plunges toward the nearest enemy, immobilizing the target and dealing heavy damage. Sacrificial Lamb also stops a nearby target before multiple copies of the blade strike together. For a group of enemies, Void’s Demise creates four enormous swords and a field that traps opponents and damages them over time. The skills have cooldowns, so you’ll need to consider when to use them instead of relying on the same attack continuously. With the boss defeated and its abilities at your side, the structures you searched and the arena where you fought can become memorable stops on a much longer survival journey.

Co-op makes it shine. One of you scouts ahead, one carries the haul, someone guards the exit when the noise draws company. When the cleaver finally comes together, take it for a proper test: nighttime patrol around your village, a quick cave push, maybe a raid to see how it fits your swing rhythm. If you’re more of a builder, convert a favorite find into an outpost—bed, furnace, chest—and use it as a hop between biomes while you hunt the last materials. No fluff, no wild promises—just a clean explore → loot → craft loop that keeps you moving until the blade is in your hand.
