Shiny rock, clever kit. Ruby & Relic feels like it belongs in Minecraft Bedrock from minute one—new Ruby ore tucked into caves (stone and deepslate variants), storage-ready Ruby blocks for your vault, and a toolbox of Ruby gear that trades enchants for built-in magic. It’s not “press button, win”; it’s situational power that pays off when you think a step ahead.

The sword is the tempo starter: drop a mob and you pop Strength II for 7 seconds on a cooldown, which lets you snowball through a camp if you route your targets cleanly. The pick is a workhorse—extremely durable and fast on stone, but it struggles on deepslate and ores, so you’ll carve tunnels at speed and switch tools for the payoff nodes. The shovel is hilarious in the right biome—faster than a Netherite Efficiency III on dirt, yet basically useless on sand—perfect for terraforming plains while forcing you to swap on beaches. My favorite trick piece is the axe: Weight of the Dead locks mobs and players in a 6-block radius, but you can’t attack during the freeze, so you set the moment—heal, reload, or let a friend finish—rather than face-tank.



On the utility side, the Ender Pearl Launcher is a blast. Craft it with Ruby, sticks, and pearls, load up Micro-Ender Pearls (4 pearls → 16 micros), and you’re blinking across gaps with a 5-second invisibility rider to shake aggro or reposition in PvP. None of these tools take traditional enchants—that’s the point—each one ships with its own flavor so you’re building a kit, not a stat stick. Ruby itself sits rarer than diamond but not absurd, and the Ruby armor got a texture glow-up plus a smart set bonus: Guardian of the Ruby triggers at 4 hearts or less, granting Resistance II, Fire Resistance, and Water Breathing with a 30-minute cooldown so you can clutch once per long run without breaking balance.

Play it like a thinker’s upgrade path: route stone with the pick, pace sword procs, freeze crowds on the axe, blink with the launcher, and let the armor bail you out exactly when it matters. Ruby & Relic lands that sweet spot—magical, survival-friendly, and tuned to feel like true Minecraft Bedrock progression.
