Realistic First Person Addon — finally see your own body in Minecraft Bedrock
Flip your POV from “floating camera” to “I’m actually here.” The Realistic First Person addon swaps Bedrock’s default view for a true body-in-front perspective, so when you look down you see your chest, legs, and arms doing the work. It sounds small, but it changes everything—parkour feels grounded when your feet land on the edge, PvP reads cleaner because your off-hand and swing sell the timing, and building is easier when your torso lines up with the block instead of guessing where your invisible head is.
Setup is quick. Install the pack, add it to your world like any other Bedrock addon, and in the world settings flip on Experimental: Creator Camera Features. Load in, run /function fpp, and the camera snaps into that immersive view; you can rerun the function later if you want to switch back. On mobile, it’s a game changer—no third-person juggling to check your position on ladders or scaffolding. Swimming and sneaking sell the illusion too: your body folds into the animation instead of the camera just… sliding.
After a week with it, I can’t go back. Elytra dives feel like wingsuit runs, mineshafts feel tighter (in a good way), and tiny chores—placing stairs, hitting trapdoors, lining up Redstone—get that satisfying “hands doing things” feedback loop. If you want Minecraft Bedrock to feel like you’re actually inside the world, the Realistic First Person addon is the switch that makes every session more immersive.
