Lifesteal (Update!) Mod is the ultimate way to turn your Minecraft world into pure survival chaos. Every time you kill another player, you steal one of their hearts permanently — and if you die (even to a mob or lava), you lose a heart yourself. It’s brutal, it’s competitive, and it totally changes how you play.

Wanna make it more fair? You can toggle off environmental heart loss using the ?heart envsteal command. That way, only PvP kills affect hearts, making it more balanced for servers where people die to creepers every five minutes.
