BlockRandomizer Mod is made for builders who love using block palettes but hate the annoying part where you keep scrolling back and forth to get the pattern to look “random.” The addon automatically swaps between blocks in your hotbar as you place them, which makes textured paths, varied walls, and blended structures feel way more organic with basically zero extra effort.
The core feature is automatic block shuffling: you set up your hotbar with the blocks you want in the mix, then as you build, BlockRandomizer Mod randomly chooses between those hotbar slots as you place blocks. You can also control the slot range, meaning you can include just a couple slots for subtle variation or go all the way from 1 to 9 if you want a bigger, messier blend. And the “true randomization” detail is actually useful: if you duplicate a block in multiple slots, it gets a higher placement weight, so you can make one block the “main” texture and others the accent without needing any complicated setup.
It also has survival-friendly behavior through auto-refill. If a hotbar slot gets depleted, BlockRandomizer Mod can automatically refill that slot from your inventory, which keeps you building instead of stopping every minute to restock. That’s huge for long sessions where you’re laying roads, detailing big walls, or filling huge areas and you don’t want your flow interrupted.
On the quality-of-life side, there’s a Quiet Mode option to disable feedback messages and sounds, which is perfect if you’re recording, streaming, or just don’t want your screen and audio cluttered while you build. And it supports per-player settings that persist across sessions, so in multiplayer each player can have their own randomizer preferences without everyone getting forced into the same setup.
Practical tip: set your hotbar like a real palette. Put your “base” block in two or three slots if you want it to dominate, then add your accent blocks once each for those occasional pops of contrast. It’s especially clean for paths where you want mostly one material with scattered variation, or walls where you want a lived-in texture without manually placing every single highlight. BlockRandomizer Mod is basically “builder muscle memory” turned into automation for Minecraft Bedrock, and once you get used to it, going back to manual swapping feels slow.
