Linked Inventories | Real-Time Shared Storage Mod is made for challenge worlds and co-op runs where “my loot” basically stops existing. You link with one or more players and the addon makes everyone share a single inventory in real time. Pick up a diamond and your friend gets it instantly. If your friend equips armor, you’re wearing it too. It’s the kind of setup that turns basic survival into something way more intense, because every decision affects the whole group.
The sync is described as a “ghost link” that updates every single tick, which means there’s no waiting for stuff to catch up. It also isn’t just your main inventory—full equipment sync is part of the deal, including armor slots (helmet, chest, legs, boots) and the offhand slot. That’s huge because it changes how fights feel. If one player throws on armor for safety, everyone benefits, and if someone makes a dumb gear swap at the wrong time, everyone feels it.
Group play is the main mode here. You can link two players, three players, or even the whole server into one shared setup. That opens up a lot of funny roles naturally: one person becomes the miner, one becomes the builder, one handles food runs, but the inventory stays shared so nobody’s constantly shouting “who has the torches?” or “give me the pick.” It also makes specialized challenges way easier to run, because you’re not relying on rules and trust—your inventories are literally synced.
The survival tension stays real because the addon includes death persistence. If you die, you stay linked. That means your friends can save your items, or you can all lose them together depending on what happens next. It creates those clutch moments where one person has to play smart and recover the group’s stuff while the rest are basically stuck sharing the consequences. Offline support is also included: if someone disconnects, the link pauses and automatically resumes when they rejoin, so the group doesn’t get permanently broken by one person dropping out mid-session.
Practical tip: when you’re running Linked Inventories | Real-Time Shared Storage Mod, agree on a few “inventory habits” even if you’re playing casually—like keeping one hotbar slot for food, not randomly swapping armor during fights, and warning the group before you dump junk. Since everything updates instantly, messy inventory behavior becomes a real problem fast. But if your crew is even slightly coordinated, Linked Inventories | Real-Time Shared Storage Mod can make Minecraft Bedrock co-op feel like one shared brain, one shared backpack, and one shared set of wins (or disasters).
