Dead By Daylight Mod / Addon

Mods / Addons / Mods 1.21

Dead By Daylight Mod is built around a simple horror idea: your world isn’t “yours” anymore. The Entity has basically claimed it as a trial ground, and now killers roam the land under its control. So instead of survival being mostly predictable—farm, mine, sleep, repeat—you get that constant pressure that something out there is looking for you. It’s inspired by Dead By Daylight, and the whole goal is to make you feel hunted by psychotic killers in a place that normally feels safe once you’ve got a base.

In real gameplay, this changes how you move. You stop sprinting across open ground like nothing can touch you, and you start thinking in routes, cover, and exits. Traveling at night (or in tight terrain like forests and hills) becomes way more tense because you’re not just watching for vanilla threats—you’re watching for killers that exist to chase you down. Even small tasks like gathering wood or hauling resources back home can turn into a “keep your head on a swivel” mission.

The best way to play Dead By Daylight Mod is to lean into survival habits that actually matter. Keep your inventory light enough that you can run, but don’t leave without basics like food and blocks for quick escapes. Build safer paths around your base, not just pretty ones, and avoid getting trapped in dead-end caves unless you’re confident you can get out fast. If you’re playing with friends, it becomes even more fun because you naturally start calling out locations, sticking closer together, and turning normal exploration into a teamwork thing where you’re trying to survive the hunt.

Since the description doesn’t list specific killer types, items, or special mechanics, I’m not going to pretend there are exact rules beyond “killers roam and hunt.” But even with just that, Dead By Daylight Mod is the kind of Minecraft Bedrock addon that flips the mood hard. It’s less “cozy sandbox” and more “every run outside the walls could turn into a chase,” and that’s exactly what makes it exciting.
