Inkberries Mod — new bushes, new snacks, and a smoother early-game loop for Minecraft Bedrock. Inkberries grow on small, dark, glossy shrubs you’ll spot in swamps, mangrove swamps, and roofed forests. Pick them right off the bush for a quick bite that restores 1.5 drumsticks (3 hunger points), then bring a few home to plant like Sweet Berries. They behave similarly to Sweet Berry Bushes—just not exactly the same—so you get that familiar “harvest and replant” rhythm without feeling like a reskin.
The farming groove is where Inkberries shine. I set a tiny row beside my starter path, fenced it, and ran a simple loop: harvest on the way out, snack during scouting, replant when I get back. Because Inkberries respond to bonemeal at 2× the growth of Sweet Berry bushes, you can feed a little fertilizer into the patch and see it pop fast—great for stocking trail rations before a cave push or a long boat run. Extras go straight into the composter to spin more bonemeal, so the farm largely sustains itself after a couple of days.
There’s a clean utility angle too: craft Inkberries into Blue Dye and your banner, wool, glass, or bed projects don’t stall while you hunt lapis. On co-op nights, we’ll drop an Inkberry lane near the community road so everyone can grab a quick snack and toss leftovers into a shared composter. It keeps travel snappy and frees the big food farms for raid prep and trading.
If you want a small, honest upgrade that blends farming and survival without breaking balance, Inkberries Mod fits right into Minecraft Bedrock. Plant a row, bonemeal it when you’re in a rush, compost the extras, and turn the surplus into blue accents for your builds—all from a bush you can find on day one.
