Three Lives Addon — a clean, high-stakes survival format for Minecraft Bedrock that pushes your server toward alliances, paranoia, and scrappy last-life plays. You spawn with three lives and a Green Name, which basically says “play nice, gear up, scout.” Lose a life and you drop to Yellow Name, and the pressure kicks in—people start watching your movements and you feel every risk you take. Hit your last life and your tag flips to Red Name, and that’s the moment the mood changes: red-life players can attack others, so roaming roads, village squares, and cave mouths suddenly feel dangerous.

In play, the color system drives the whole season. Early days are calm: I was farming iron, laying out a small spruce camp, and trading with villagers while keeping an eye on cliffs and ravines to avoid dumb deaths. Once someone turned yellow, the server tempo sped up—quick walls went up around bases, people moved in pairs, and we all kept spare food on hotbar for sprints. When the first red name appeared, the map got loud. You hear footsteps differently, you plan routes between cover, and you start carrying decoy chests just to waste an ambush. The best moments are those scrambles after sunset—two teams shadowing each other on a ridge, a skeleton tags someone, and suddenly a chase erupts because a red-life player smelled blood.



What makes Three Lives Addon sing is how it layers emotion onto normal Minecraft Bedrock habits. Mining trips feel tense, raids become gambles, and even building a fence line is a choice: do you expand, or keep your footprint small so reds can’t read your base from a distance?
