On a fresh world, I tilled a small patch beside my starter shack, dropped the seeds, and let the farm do the talking. Fully grown crops give you Pumpkos; Pumpkos craft into tools, weapons, armor, and some tasty buffs on the food side. Out of the box, pumpkin tools swing with diamond-tier efficiency but chew through durability fast. That’s the point. Take them to the Pumpkomancy Bench, sink upgrades, and you watch that paper-thin durability harden up until a maxed piece sits comfortably in true diamond territory.



If a roll doesn’t vibe, the Genetic Modification Bench lets you reroll your item’s stats. It’s a quick, risk-free tune-up that keeps a favorite weapon relevant without burning your stash. Early on, it’s a lifesaver: I ran a quarry with a pumpkin pick that mined like a dream, popped back to base when it wore down, and leveled it instead of crafting a whole new kit. Between runs, I leaned on the in-game guide book to double-check recipes and a trio of scrolls that each handle handy utility for the pumpkin grind.

The vibe stays vanilla—no wild power creep, no busted systems—just a smarter loop where your farm feeds your fight. Drop it into a Skyblock, captive survival, or a cozy SMP and watch your base evolve: rows of orange, a couple benches humming, chests full of crafted snacks and upgraded gear. If you want progression with personality, Pumpkomancy turns pumpkins into a legit path from dirt patch to dungeon clear without breaking the Bedrock feel.
