Hunger Control Mod / Addon

Mods / Addons / Mods 1.21

Hunger Control mod is a straight-up hunger tuner for Minecraft Bedrock—one pack, seven modes, and total say over how fast your food bar melts while you sprint, mine, swim, jump, fight, or tank hits. That’s the hook: pick the vibe you want and the addon does the math so your survival loop feels right for the run you’re about to play.

If you want legit survival pressure, flip to normal_high. It’s my go-to: slightly harsher than Hard, so you actually plan routes, cook real meals, and keep backup steaks in the hotbar. Running a brutal challenge? abnormal cranks drain to the point you feel every sprint and misplay—great for hardcore worlds, UHC-style events, or boss rushes where resource management matters. On the chill end, no_hunger basically turns the food bar into a non-issue—perfect for builders, cinematic tours, or testing redstone without pausing to snack. Parkour and speedrunners will love sprint_free: blaze across rooftops or Elytra-launch tracks without paying hunger just for moving fast.

There’s smart granularity, too. dam and dam_no_c tweak how taking damage eats into hunger, so you can make combat attrition-y or lighten the tax when you’re learning fights. vanilla keeps stock behavior for purists, and if you leave it on empty_slot, nothing changes until you’re ready. In practice, the pack is super lightweight—no script bloat, no weird side effects—so it drops into realms and single-player worlds cleanly.

Use cases hit every lane: survival servers that want a touch more grit, adventure maps tuned for stamina management, parkour hubs that shouldn’t punish sprinting, or cozy builder worlds where hunger just gets out of the way. Dial it in, press play, and let Hunger Control set the pace for your next run.
