The Wendigo Mod / Addon

The Wendigo mod is a horror-survival twist for Minecraft Bedrock where the line between “quick heal” and “worst idea tonight” can end your run. You start clean, but the moment you eat Human Flesh the curse counter ticks up—whispers first, then stalking, then the mark. Hit the final stage and, at night, your own Wendigo spawns: tall, deer-skulled, brutal up close, and locked to you until one of you drops.

The fight isn’t just scare factor; it’s progression. Kill your Wendigo and you’re cured, and it always drops a Wendigo Skull (wear it or mount it as a trophy) plus Wendigo Bones (2–5) with a chance for a Wendigo Heart (~25%). Bones fuel the craft path to Wendigo Bone Armor—helmet, chest, legs, boots—turning your bad choices into a late-game kit. Run the full set and you get Night Hunter: night vision at night, a small speed boost in darkness, signature particles and audio, and that predatory “move fast, see everything” feel. It’s power with a cost—expect hunger pressure while you work the shadows.



The Wendigo Heart rides in your offhand for steady saturation and factors into higher-tier recipes like a hunger-resist charm if you’re going deep. In multiplayer, the loop feeds itself: on death, players can drop 0–2 Human Flesh (configurable), seeding temptation and spreading the curse organically. The Wendigo hits hard, so treat caves and night travel like ops—torches placed with intent, open sightlines, and a retreat plan. Beat your hunter, wear the bones, and turn the curse into an advantage. That’s the gamble—and the grind—of The Wendigo mod on Minecraft Bedrock.
