Rustic Agriculture Addon - many new blocks, items, tools and furniture in Minecraft Bedrock. Look at the screenshots for some of the added items, and even below, all new crafting recipes will be presented.

Your next Minecraft project starts with a handful of seeds and a patch of dirt. Give it a little time, and that patch can become a vineyard, a garden full of tomatoes, or the beginning of a whole medieval homestead.

Rustic Agriculture brings new crops, plants, blocks, and furniture to Minecraft Bedrock, with plenty to keep you busy around your base. Tomatoes and chili peppers give your farm more variety, while grapes make a vineyard worth building instead of just imagining. You can also gather wildberries and find olives on olive trees as you explore. I like the idea of leaving room for the farm to grow naturally: start with a few beds beside the house, then add paths and fences as you collect more seeds. Before long, that empty field has a reason to be there beyond looking nice from the front door.

Growing some of these crops takes a bit more setup than planting a row of wheat. Tomatoes and peppers use wooden stakes for support, while grapes can be grown with stakes and rope arranged for the vines. There’s fertile farmland to work with, too, so setting up your garden becomes a small building project of its own. Check the in-game Almanac when you’re ready to plant; it explains the add-on’s features and recipes, which is useful when you’re staring at a new item and wondering what it does. The book is split into agriculture, decoration, and production, making it easier to find what you need without digging through every recipe at once.

Once the harvest comes in, the crushing tub gives your fruit another purpose. Toss in your produce and jump on it to make juice; barrels are part of the production side as well. There’s something pretty funny about spending the morning fighting skeletons and the afternoon stomping grapes, but that change of pace fits a long survival world. Olive oil has a use at mealtime, too: food treated with it restores extra hunger and saturation. Keep some supplies close to your kitchen and you’ll have another reason to tend the orchard before heading out on your next trip.

The building pieces are just as useful if you care about how your farm feels to live in. Tables, cabinets, vases, and other rustic decorations can turn a plain room into a farmhouse kitchen or a workshop where you store the day’s harvest. Put the crushing tub in a shed, leave space for barrels, and give the vineyard its own little path. None of it needs to be enormous; even a compact garden beside a cottage can look like a place your character actually uses. Rustic Agriculture is at its best when you give yourself time to settle in, try a crop you haven’t grown before, and let the farm become part of the story of your world.
